Tim, Co-Owner and Associate Broker of RE/MAX® Royal Gorge and RE/MAX® Royal Gorge Custer County, is in his 7th year as a Real Estate Agent. Before making the leap into Real Estate full time, Tim dedicated 33 years of his life to the Cañon City School District working with special needs students and other programs within the district. Tim was born and raised in Cañon City, CO, and along with his wife Peggy, made the choice to raise his two children and now grandchildren in the Cañon City area.
Tim is highly knowledgeable in the unique Real Estate that Fremont County and Custer County Colorado have to offer. Tim and daughter, Ali, often work together to help buyers and sellers of Custer County, CO. Tim understands the need for a localized Agent that knows and understands rural communities.
In his free time, Tim enjoys fishing, golfing, and coaching high school baseball. Tim's favorite "hobby" is spending time with his two grandchildren.
